Nako.ai provides AI-generated bass fishing advice through Hank, alongside content about lakes, techniques, and gear. Hank draws on public data (USGS, weather APIs, fisheries research) and a curated knowledge base.

Hank's responses are informational. Fishing outcomes depend on many factors beyond any advice we provide — skill, weather changes, fish behavior, water conditions, and luck. We make no guarantee you will catch fish using Hank's suggestions.

Fishing regulations — size limits, bag limits, seasonal closures, special waterbody rules, licensing — vary by state, county, and individual lake, and change regularly. You are solely responsible for knowing and following all applicable regulations. Always verify current rules with your state fish and wildlife agency before fishing. Hank may mention regulations as reminders, but never relies on as a definitive legal source.

Fishing involves real risk — weather, water, boats, hooks, wildlife. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone with you. If Hank mentions weather or water safety concerns, treat it as a general reminder. Always check real-time conditions before going out.

Nako.ai's content — page text, structure, Hank's persona, our compiled knowledge base, logos — is owned by Nako and protected by copyright. You may share individual pages with a link or short quote, but may not republish substantial portions without permission.

Nako.ai uses third-party services (Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, USGS, weather APIs) and may link to external sites (product retailers, state agencies, fishing resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
